Here are some tricks to make your teeth whiter :-
BAKING SODA
Baking soda gives surprising result in few minutes. All you have to do is take
- 1tsp baking soda
- 2-3tsp lemon juice
- 1/2tsp salt
There are few myths about baking soda. But I tell you excess of anything is harmful. You can use baking soda once in a week and that would not be bad for you at all.
STRAWBERRIES
What better than strawberry?They contain malic acid which makes enamel whiter.
- Mash strawberries well and dip your toothbrush in it.
- Spread the pulp on your teeth with your tooth brush.
- Sit for 5 minutes. Now you can rinse it off.
VINEGAR
Vinegar not only gives you flawless hair but also helps you out with teeth.
- Take 1tbsp vinegar.
- add little water to it for making it dilute.
- you can gargle with it or you can choose to brush.
- Dip toothbrush and then brush your teeth with it.
LEMON
Lemon has citric acid which makes your teeth shiny.
Take a half cut lemon and rub it on your teeth for 5-10 minutes and
feel the difference. Lemon can be the best thing to use for teeth.
FRUIT PEEL
