Only beautiful feet complement
sensuous pair of legs. Pedicure is not just a need but it is luxury. It is
about pampering yourself. There are times when you are short of time or money,
so why depend on salons? when you can do it yourself. I would rather save the
money of pedicure and spend it on gorgeous dress.
Things you need:
1.
Nail polish remover
2.
Good color nail polish
3.
Nail filer
4.
Plastic tub
5.
Warm water
6.
Cuticle cream
7.
Scrub
8.
Moisturizer
9.
towel
10.
pumice stone
Step 1:
Remove
the old nail polish with remover; file the nails to the desired length and shape.
Step 2:
FOOTBATH
Time
for foot bath (its my favorite), fill your tub with Luke warm water and soak
your feet in it. Add Epsom salt, you can also add rose petals in it to feel
like princess (yes it feels royal) or can add some fragrances in water.
Step 3:
SCRUB
Scrub
your feet using pumice stone. Scrubbing removes the dead skin and will make
your feet baby soft. Be gentle while scrubbing; make sure you do not hurt
yourself.
OR
you
can use the scrubs available in market. After scrubbing rinse your feet and dry
them using a towel.
Step 4:
Massage
Now
massage your feet with any of your favorite moisturizer. You can also go
natural by rubbing lemon which removes tan or cucumber which will be best to
hydrate the dry feet. Using oils like olive or coconut oil isn’t a bad idea
either. You might not know how beneficial could massaging be for you, it
stimulates the mental wellness. It also relieves you from blood pressure,
injury pain and many more problems. I would suggest you to ask someone to
massage your feet because that would pleasure you more for sure.
Step5
PAINT
If
you have cracked feet you can apply any crack heel cream, wear socks and sit
for half an hour so that the feet absorbs the cream completely and can later
paint your nails.
If
not then it’s time to decorate your nails, pick the color you want to apply and
paint nails. Apply single coat and let it dry then apply the second coat.
FEEL
YOURSELF!
Now your feet are soft, beautiful and attractive. Go out and show off! Take care and please suggest me on what topic should my next post be. Thankyou for reading ♡ love you all ♡
Pampering in any form is always wonderful and I agree, taking care of out feet is as important as any other part of our bodies!
